The Action démocratique du Québec has created a network, spanning all 17 administrative regions of Quebec. At each election since 1998, the ADQ Party has fielded candidates in all 125 electoral ridings within the territory of Québec.
At the close of 2007, following the resignation of two MNAs from the Parti Québécois, one MNA out of three in the National Assembly, that is, 41 out of 123, represented the ADQ.
